S.I. No. 872/2007 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food) Order 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th October, 2007.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food) Order 2007

2. Mr. Stiofán Nutty, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, on 3 September 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Mr Trevor Sargent, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food, with effect from 8 October 2007.
