Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2007

To be made by the Government

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1.      This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2007.

2.      The powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to Michael Ahern, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.

This Order delegates to Michael Ahern, TD, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment the powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment under the Acts and Instruments specified in the Order.
