Road Traffic Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007

I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23(2) of the Road Traffic Act 2006 (No. 23 of 2006), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2.         The day fixed as the day on which sections 6, 7 and 18 of the Road Traffic Act 2006 (No. 23 of 2006) come into operation is 5 March 2007.
