Amendment of section 30 of Principal Act.

14.— Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by substituting “pursuant to section 28 or 29” for “pursuant to section 29”, and

(b) by substituting “a contract of suretyship, guarantee or indemnity” for “a contract of suretyship or guarantee”.
