S.I. No. 131/2005 - Maternity Protection (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2005

STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

I, Michael Mc Dowell, T.D., Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 (3) of the Maternity Protection (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 28 of 2004), hereby make the following order:

1.        This Order may be cited as the Maternity Protection (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2005.

2.        The 10th day of April 2005 is appointed as the day on which the Maternity Protection (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 28 of 2004) (except insofar as it is already in operation) shall come into operation.
