S.I. No. 179/2003 - Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 55 (1)) Order 2003

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 55 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 55 (1) Order 2003.

2.       Each of the countries specified in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 55 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (No. 15 of 1994).
