1.   (1)  These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002.

(2)    These Regulations shall come into operation in respect of Lindane, Quintozene and Permethrin on 1 December 2002, in respect of Bentazone, Pyridate and Metsulfuron-methyl, Oxydemeton-methyl Dimethoate and Formothion on 1 January 2003, in respect of Parathion on 1 May 2003 and in respect of abamectin, azocyclotin and cyhexatin, bifenthrin bitertanol, bromopropylate, clofentezine, cyromazine, fenpropimorph flucytrinate, hexaconazole, methacrifos, myclobutanil, pencanzole, prochloraz profenofos, resmethrin, tridemorph and triadimefon and triadimenol on 1 August 2003.

2.         Part A of Annex II of the European Communities (Pesticide Residues (Cereals) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 181 of 1999 ) is amended by the addition of the following entries to:
