Amendment of section 1(2A) of Principal Act.

9.—(1) Subsection (2A) (inserted by section 3 of the Act of 1979) of section 1 of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution—

(a) in paragraph (a), of “€300,000” for “£10,000”, and
|
|
| |
(b) in paragraph (b), of “€3,000” for “£500”.
|
|
| |
(2) Subsection (1) shall apply in respect of offences committed after the passing of this Act irrespective of whether the tribunal concerned was appointed before or after such passing.
