S.I. No. 649/2001 - Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001 (Part 2) (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

I, Mary O'Rourke, Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 8 of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001 (No. 55 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001 (Part 2) (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

2.       The 28th day of December, 2001, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 2 of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001 (No. 55 of 2001).
