S.I. No. 630/2001 - Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (No. 20 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

2. The 18th day of December, 2001, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (No. 20 of 2001).
