S.I. No. 319/2001 - Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 To 2001 (Approval and Registration of Dealers) (Amendment) Order, 2001.

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 and section 29A (inserted by the Diseases of Animals (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No. 3 of 2001)) of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 to 2001 (Approval and Registration of Dealers) (Amendment) Order, 2001.

2.   The collective citation Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 to 2001 (Approval and Registration of Dealers) Order, 2001, shall include this Order.

3.   This Order shall come into force on the 12 day of July 2001.

4.   The time period specified in Regulation 6(9) of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 to 2001 (Approval and Registration of Dealers) Order, 2001 ( S.I. No. 79 of 2001 ) is extended to 31 October 2001.
