S.I. No. 241/2001 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order, 2001

I, Charlie McCreevy., Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsections (1) and (2) of section 28 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

1.        This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order, 2001.

2.        In relation to the Social Insurance Fund, the functions of the Minister for Finance under subsection (7) of section 7 of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993 in relation to that fund are hereby delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency.
