Amendment of section 258 of Act of 1990.

108.—Section 258 of the Act of 1990 is amended—

(a) by the insertion after “63,” of “72(3),”, and

(b) by the insertion after “investment company” of “, or, in the case of the said Regulation 72(3), such a company other than one to which section 253(2A)(a) applies,”.
