S.I. No. 430/2000 - Customs-Free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 2000.


I. MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) (inserted by section 49 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1988 (No. 15 of 1988)) of the Customs-Free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947) (as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1997 )), and with the consent of the Minister for Public Enterprise and the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-Free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 2000.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 2000 ( S.I. No. 300 of 2000 ), shall extend to the Customs-Free Airport.

3. The Customs-Free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1998 ( S.I. No. 68 of 1998 ), are hereby revoked.
