S.I. No. 399/2000 - Public Enterprise (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2000.

THE GOVERNMENT, on the request of the Minister for Public Enterprise and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No.2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Enterprise (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2000.

2.  The powers and duties of the Minister for Public Enterprise, conferred on that Minister for the Government by or under the Gas (Amendment) Act, 2000 (No. 26 of 2000), are delegated to Joe Jacob, Minister of State at the Department of Public Enterprise.
