S.I. No. 149/2000 - Commission To Inquire Into Child Abuse Act, 2000 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000

I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act, 2000 (No. 7 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

(1) This Order may be cited as the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act, 2000 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000.

(2) The 23rd day of May, 2000, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act, 2000 .
