S.I. No. 391/1999 - Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 (Section 17 and Section 18) (Dublin) Order, 1999.


AN tARD-CHLÁRAITHEOIR, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 17 and Section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 (Section 17 and Section 18) (Dublin) Order, 1999.

2. The existing Registrars' Districts of Clontarf and Howth No. 1, Clontarf and Howth No. 2, Coolock and Drumcondra No. 1 and Coolock and Drumcondra No. 2 shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrar's District to be known as the Registrar's District of Dublin North East.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2000.
