I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purposes of giving effect to Commission Directive 99/78/EC of 27 July 19991 and for the purposes of giving further effect to Commission Directive 95/10/EC of 7 April 19952 , as amended, hereby make the following Regulations. | ||||||||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Feedingstuffs Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999. | ||||||||
(2) The European Communities (Feedingstuffs Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes) Regulations, 1996 and these Regulations may be cited collectively as the European Communities (Feedingstuffs Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes) Regulations, 1996 to 1999. | ||||||||
2. The date of “30 June 1998” in Part A, point 10 of the Schedule to the European Communities (Feedingstuffs Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes) Regulations, 1996 is hereby replaced by “30 March 2002”. | ||||||||
