S.I. No. 336/1999 - Courts Service Act, 1998 (Commencement) (Remaining Provisions) Order, 1999.


I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Courts Service Act, 1998 (No. 8 of 1998), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts Service Act, 1998 (Commencement) (Remaining Provisions) Order, 1999.

2. The 9th day of November, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which Parts II, III, IV, V, VI and VII (other than section 36), of the Courts Service Act, 1998 (No. 8 of 1998), shall come into operation.
