S.I. No. 335/1999 - European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries Operating in The Animal Feed Sector) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999.
I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purposes of giving effect to Council Directive 99/20/EC of 22 March 19991 and for the purposes of giving further effect to Council Directive 95/69/EC of 22 December 19952 as amended hereby make the following Regulations. | ||||||||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries operating in the Animal Feed Sector) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999. | ||||||||
2. The European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries operating in the Animal Feed Sector) Regulations of 1999 are hereby amended by the insertion of the following sentence at the end of Regulation 8. | ||||||||
“The Minister shall ensure that all the requirements of the competent authority concerning the communication of the register of approved establishments or intermediaries, including communications regarding details of those who have submitted applications for approval on which a decision has yet to be made.” | ||||||||
