S.I. No. 331/1999 - Interim Board (Dissolution) Order, 1999.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 (5) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) (as adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1999 ( S.I. No. 307 of 1999 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Interim Board (Dissolution) Order, 1999.

2. The Interim Board shall stand dissolved on the 22nd day of October, 1999.
