S.I. No. 264/1999 - Road Transport Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999.

I, MARY O'ROURKE, Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 of the Road Transport Act, 1999 (No. 15 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Transport Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 30th day of August, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Road Transport Act, 1999 (No. 15 of 1999), other than sections 4 to 8, 11, 16 and 23, shall come into operation.
