S.I. No. 224/1999 - Financial Transfers (Libya) (Revocation) Order, 1999.

I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (4) of the Financial Transfers Act, 1992 (No. 27 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Financial Transfers (Libya) (Revocation) Order, 1999.

2.   The Financial Transfers (Libya) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 410 of 1993 ), is hereby revoked.
