CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (SECTION 46 (1))(NO. 3) ORDER, 1997

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 46 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 46 (1)) (No. 3) Order, 1997.

2. The Republic of Austria is hereby designated for the purposes of section 46 (1 ) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 .
