YOUTH WORK ACT, 1997 (SECTION 22) REGULATIONS, 1997

I, Niamh Bhreathnach, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22(2)(a) of the Youth Work Act, 1997 (No. 30 of 1997), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Youth Work Act, 1997 (Section 22) Regulations, 1997.

2. The body known as the National Youth Council of Ireland is hereby prescribed to be the organisation representing voluntary youth work organisations for the purposes of section 11 (4) of the Youth Work Act, 1997 (No. 30 of 1997).
