LOCAL GOVERNMENT (VALUE FOR MONEY) UNIT (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1997

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 (2) of the Local Government (Financial Provisions) Act, 1997 (No. 29 of 1997), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Value for Money) Unit (Establishment) Order, 1997.

2. The Local Government (Value for Money) Unit shall be established on the 1st day of July, 1997.
