ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1996.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Commencement) Order, 1996.

2. Sections 100 and 101 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 , shall come into operation on the 22nd day of January, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation, with effect from 22 January 1996, sections 100 and 101 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992).
