Unlawful use of light railway.
|
20.—A person who uses or attempts to use a vehicle on a light railway with flange wheels or wheels suitable only for use on the rails of a light railway without the written consent of the Board shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £1,500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
