Amendment of section 67 of Principal Act.

30.—Section 67 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by—

(a) the insertion in subsection (3)(c)(ii) before “justifiable” of “objectively”,

(b) the insertion in subsection (3)(d)(ii) before “justifiable” of “objectively”.
