PACKAGE HOLIDAYS AND TRAVEL TRADE ACT, 1995 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995.

I, MICHAEL LOWRY, Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act, 1995 (No. 17 of 1995) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act, 1995 (Commencement) Order, 1995.

2. The 1st day of September, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 5 of the Act, shall come into operation.

3. The 1st day of October, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which all other sections of the Act, 1995, shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this order is to fix the dates on which the various sections of the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act, 1995 shall come into operation.
