CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (SECTION 32 (10) (d)) REGULATIONS, 1995.

I, NORA OWEN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32 (10) (d) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), following consultation with the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 32 (10) (d)) Regulations, 1995.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 2nd day of May, 1995.

3. The following states and countries are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 32 (6) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 :

Australia

Canada

The Channel Islands

Hong Kong

Iceland

The Isle of Man

Japan

New Zealand

Norway

Singapore

Switzerland

Turkey

The United States of America.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe certain states and countries for the purposes of section 32 (6) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 .
