LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER, 1994.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (9) of the Local Government Act, 1994 , (No. 8 of 1994), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1994 , (Commencement) (No. 4) Order, 1994.

2. Part X of (other than section 59) and the Fifth Schedule to the Local Government Act, 1994 shall come into operation on the 9th day of December, 1994.
