NATIONAL MONUMENTS (PRESCRIPTION OF FORM) REGULATIONS, 1994

I, MICHAEL D. HIGGINS, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (5) of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 17 of 1994), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Monuments (Prescription of Form) Regulations, 1994.

2. The form to be furnished under section 5 (3) of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 to a person making a report of the possession or control of an archaeological object shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
