INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (APPRENTICESHIP LEVY) ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1994.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 (2) of the Industrial Training (Apprenticeship Levy) Act, 1994 (No. 3 of 1994), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Social Welfare, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Apprenticeship Levy) Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. The 25th day of March, 1994, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Industrial Training (Apprenticeship Levy) Act, 1994 (No. 3 of 1994), shall come into operation.
