MERCHANT SHIPPING (SALVAGE AND WRECK) ACT, 1993 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1994.

I, DAVID ANDREWS, T.D., Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Wreck) Act, 1993 (No. 34 of 1993), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Wreck) Act, 1993 (Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. The 1st day of March, 1994, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Wreck) Act, 1993 shall come into operation.
