ANIMAL REMEDIES ACT, 1993 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1993.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33 (2) of the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (No. 23 of 1993), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (Commencement) Order, 1993.

2. The 1st day of October, 1993, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 , other than section 32 (1) (b) (i), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation on the 1st day of October, 1993, the provisions of the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 , other than section 31 (1) (b) (i).
