ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1993.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 19 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency (Establishment) Order, 1993.

2. The 26th day of July, 1993 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Environmental Protection Agency shall stand established.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
