FINANCE (NO. 2) ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 28) ORDER, 1992.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 28 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1992 (No. 28 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1992 (Commencement of section 28) Order, 1992.

2. The 1st day of January, 1993, is hereby appointed as the day on which the provisions of subsections (1) and (2) of section 28 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1992 , shall come into operation.
