S.I. No. 149 of 1992.

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Sections 35 and 36 of the Copyright Act, 1963 , (No. 10 of 1963) hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following Rules:

1. (1) These Rules may be cited as the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 (Amendment) Rules, 1992.

(2) These Rules shall come into operation on the 15th day of June, 1992.

(3) The citation "the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 to 1992" shall include these Rules.

2. The Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 ( S.I. No. 204 of 1964 ), are hereby amended by the substitution for the Schedule thereto (inserted by the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 (Amendment) Rules, 1991 ( S.I. No. 105 of 1991 )) of the following Schedule:

"SCHEDULE

Fees payable in respect of Proceedings before the Controller under the Copyright Act, 1963 :

On a reference or application specified in Rule 4	240
On lodgement of counter-statement under Rule 7	200
On application to be made a party specified in Rule 10	120
On notification of intention to attend a hearing by any party under Rule 13	30
On application for special leave to make a further reference specified in Rule 9	120
On an objection specified in Rule 11 to a reference or to the joining of a party on grounds that applicant is not fully representative	50"
