BUILDING REGULATIONS ADVISORY BODY ORDER, 1992. | ||
The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Building Control Act, 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1992. 2. (1) A body to be known as the Building Regulations Advisory Body, hereinafter referred to as "the Advisory Body", is hereby appointed. | ||
(2) The Advisory Body shall, for the period expiring on the 31st day of May, 1995, consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order. 3. The Chairman of the Advisory Body for the period expiring on the 31st day of May, 1995 shall be Patrick Morrissey. | ||
