COURTS-MARTIAL (LEGAL AID) REGULATIONS, 1991.

I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33 of the Courts-Martial Appeals Act, 1983 (No. 19 of 1983), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1991.

2. In these Regulations "the Regulations of 1990" means the Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1990 ( S.I. No. 68 of 1990 ).

3. The Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 425 of 1986 ), are hereby amended with effect from the 1st day of January, 1991—

( a ) by the substitution in Regulation 12 (2) (a) of "£108.44" for "£104.26" (inserted by the Regulations of 1990) and of "£48.24" for "£46.38" (inserted by the Regulations of 1990);

( b ) by the substitution in Regulation 14 of "£28.11" for "£27.03" (inserted by the Regulations of 1990), and

( c ) by the substitution in Regulation 14 (a) of "£0.60" for "£0.50".
