FINANCE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1990.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1990.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of August, 1990.

2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by the European Communities ( Wildlife Act, 1976 ) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 254 of 1986 ) are hereby delegated to Brendan Daly, Minister of State at the Department of Finance

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order formally delegates to Brendan Daly, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Finance, the powers and duties of the Minister under the Acts specified in the Order.
