MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (SECTION 3) REGULATIONS, 1988.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) (as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 97 of 1987 )), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. This Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1988.

2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 1988.

3. The rate of fee specified in Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) is hereby altered by the substitution of "0.1875 new pence" (inserted by the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1982 ( S.I. No. 343 of 1982 )).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations increase with effect from 1 November 1988, the rate of free payable under Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 .
