VALUATION APPEAL (FEES) REGULATION, 1988.

I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulation:

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulation, 1988.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Commissioner of Valuation under sections 19 and 31 of the Valuation (Ireland) Act, 1852, of a class mentioned in column (1) of the following Table shall be the amount specified in column (2) of the Table opposite the mention of that class.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Regulation sets out the fees payable in respect of appeals made to the Commissioner of Valuation against his determination of the rateable valuation of property.
