CENSORSHIP OF FILMS (FEES) ORDER, 1987.

I, GERARD COLLINS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 11 and 12 of the Censorship of Films Act, 1923 (No. 23 of 1923), and with the sanction of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Censorship of Films (Fees) Order, 1987.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1988.

3. In this Order "the Act" means the Censorship of Films Act, 1923 (No. 23 of 1923).

4. The fees to be charged under section 11(1) of the Act shall be the fees set out in the Schedule to this Order.

5. Where a fee calculated under the Schedule to this Order includes a fraction of 10p, the fraction shall not be charged in case it is less than 5p, and in case it is 5p or more, the fee shall be rounded up to the next 10p.

6. The Censorship of Films (Fees) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 113 of 1983 ), is hereby revoked.
