SHIPPING INVESTMENT GRANTS ACT, 1987, (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1987

I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Shipping Investment Grants Act, 1987 (No. 21 of 1987), and the Communications (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1987 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Shipping Investment Grants Act, 1987 (Commencement) Order, 1987.

2. The 11th day of December, 1987, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Shipping Investment Grants Act, 1987 (No. 21 of 1987), shall come into operation.
