S.I. No. 235/1987 - Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1987.

I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (No. 18 of 1968), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 30 of 1977 ) (as adapted by the Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 82 of 1987 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1987.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of September, 1987.

3. The Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) Order, 1969 ( S.I. No. 210 of 1969 ) (as amended by the Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 19 of 1983 )), shall have effect as if paragraph 4, in lieu of defining as therein stated the area of Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre, defined that area as being that part of Killybegs Harbour and of the land adjoining it within the outer margin of the red line on the map annexed on this Order.

4. The Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1983, is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to extend the limits of the Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre. The new limits are defined by the outer margin of the red line on the map annexed to the Order.
