S.I. No. 221/1987 - Worker Participation (Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1987.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1987.

2. The 10th day of November, 1987, is, in relation to the elections to be held in 1987 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 10th November, 1987 as the day on which the nominations of candidates shall be received by the returning officer at an election to be held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta.
