FARM TAX TRIBUNAL (ESTABLISHMENT DATE) REGULATIONS, 1987.

I, JOHN BRUTON, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (1) of the Farm Tax Act, 1985 (No. 17 of 1985), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Farm Tax Tribunal (Establishment Date) Regulations, 1987.

2. The sixth day of February, 1987, is hereby prescribed as the date on which the Farm Tax Tribunal shall be established by virtue of section 8 of the Farm Tax Act, 1985 (No. 17 of 1985).
