	Amendment of section 99 of Principal Act.	8.—Section 99 (which relates to restriction on erection of fishing weirs, fishing mill dams or fixed engines in the freshwater portion of any river) is hereby amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (4):
		“(4) The provisions of this section shall not apply to long lines used solely for the capture of eels or to engines used for the capture of fish other than freshwater fish.”.
